    Default Program servis SSD za 13-Inch Non-Touch Bar MacBook Pro prodate od June 2017-Jul 2018

    Apple je pokrenuo program servisa SSD za 13-Inch Non-Touch Bar MacBook Pro prodate od June 2017 do Jul 2018.

    Ovo je zbog uocene pojave da na nekim modelima, sa 128 and 256GB SSD, dolazi do gubitka podataka.


    Servis SSD-a mozete da izvrsite u
    Apple Store ili u ovlascenom servisu.

    Pre donosenja MacBook Pro, proverite da li podleze programu zamene ukucavanjem Serial No na stranici

    Preporuka je da svi vlasnici ovih uredjaja sto pre donesu MBP radi zamene SSD-a, nevezano da li su primetili probleme u vidu gubitka podataka.


    Obavezno uradite backup MBP-a.


    Po dolasku u servis, racunajte da treba oko sat vremena da se odradi update firmware-a za SSD (od trenutka kad pocnu da ga servisiraju) i dobijate nazad MBP sa reinstaliranom verzijom macOS-a koja je tad aktuelna.

    Nakon toga, trebate da uradire restore from backup.






    Prior to service, it's important to do a full back up of your data because your drive will be erased as part of the service process.



    • A technician will run a utility to update your drive firmware which will take approximately one hour or less.
    • Your 13-inch MacBook Pro will be returned to you with macOS re-installed.
    • After service, you will need to restore your data from a backup.


    Since your computer will not be able to access the internet until after you do a restore, we recommend that you have another device, such as your iPhone, to view the Apple support article about restoring your data from backup.

    Note: Any files that were already corrupted prior to service, cannot be restored.

    Što se tiče ovih sat vremena to ne znači da čim ga predate na servis sačekate sat vremena i gotovo već računar treba da dođe na red za dijagnostiku, a red mora da se poštuje. Pa zatim ide dijagnostika koja traje 5-10 min, pa tek ako dijagnostika prikaže da treba da se uradi firmware update onda to traje sat vremena. Pa na kraju tog procesa ide reinstalacija sistema (30ak minuta) ili se poručuje SSD pa se čeka 10ak dana.

    Zato je i napisano da je to okvirno od trenutka kad se zapocne procedura


    Tamn je ubacena i vasa zvanicna procedura u prvi post teme, da ne bi bilo zbunjivanja i nepotrebne bunjaze oko vremenskog rasporeda
